Requirements
- Valid identification verifying your military or first responder status must be provided at time of order or during the transfer process
- Discount cannot be applied retroactively — we cannot issue refunds once the transaction is complete
- Discount applies to transfer fees; eligibility for other service discounts determined at time of service
Not Eligible: Contractor or government contractor IDs do not qualify for this discount. Active credential from a qualifying organization required.
